This pre-application consultation relates to a prospective application for planning permission by Kirkwood Homes for Erection of up to 50 residential units with associated access, landscaping and infrastructure at Linlathen, Broughty Ferry, Dundee
Notification of the Proposal of Application Notice (PoAN), including the consultation arrangements, was sent to Dundee City Council on the 8th November 2022. The PoAN was registered by the Council on the same date.
This is the first public stage in the preparation of an application for planning permission. In advance of the submission of the application, the prospective applicants, Kirkwood Homes are seeking comments on the development proposals.
